Use the following format for your subject line: "Refund request - product type - order/tracking number #XXX"
In your email, please use this template:
-If lightning shipping, warranty purchased: Yes / no
-If lightning shipping, warranty extended: yes/ no
-total paid for shipment excl. VAT:
-Delivered : yes / no
-Delivered on time: yes / no
-Damaged: yes / no
(if yes, please provide pictures in attachment)
-Have you ever asked for a refund before? yes / no
-Reason for requesting refund:
Your request will then be escalated to our Accounts team who will review the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
